The Federal Government-Länder Tenure-Track-Programme aims to make academic career pathways of young researchers more projectable and family-friendly. Therefore, the programme supports the implementation of tenure-track professorships at German universities. This research project will accompany the implementation of tenure-track professorships at LUH and includes two work packages. The first is to investigate how appointment practice is changing, how tenure-track professors are being incorporated by the professorate, and what recruitment and evaluation criteria are being applied. Secondly, a personnel structure analysis will be established, which will make it possible to observe the change in personnel structure over the long term. The personnel structure analysis focuses on how the career pathways of young researchers at LUH are changing.
