On 14 July 2026, Leibniz Center for Science and Society (LCSS) and the University of Johannesburg (UJ) have signed a collaboration agreement. LCSS was represented by speaker Prof. Dr. Henning Laux (right), and UJ by Prof. Dr. Emnet Tadesse Woldegiorgis (left), the director of Ali Mazrui Center for Higher Education Studies (AMCHES). Prof. Dr. Woldegiorgis is currently a guest researcher at LUH in the DISSS-Fellowship-Programm.
With this new collaboration agreement, our two institutions codify our plan to continue and newly develop cooperative research projects and programmes as well as promote exchange of staff. We are very much looking forward to continue this very fruitful collaboration!
