Forum of Scientific Reflection: Opening Conference June 2026 and Call for Abstracts

The “Forum Wissenschaftsreflexion” research building at Leibniz University Hanover will be officially opened in June 2026. It is one of the few research buildings in the humanities and social sciences in Germany, and we are delighted to celebrate its completion with interested parties from the scientific community and wider society.

The program begins on 16 June 2026 with welcoming speeches and an opening lecture by Eva Barlösius. On 17 and 18 June, the focus will be on scientific exchange. We will engage in intensive discussion with each other for two days in various formats.

We are organising a special workshop for young scientists. PhD students and young postdocs can apply now — all important information is attached.
